Durch stetig steigende Verkehrs- und Schwerlastbelastungen kommt es dabei zunehmend zu vorzeitigen Sch\u00e4den, verk\u00fcrzten Wartungsintervallen und Einschr\u00e4nkungen der Gebrauchstauglichkeit. Um diesen Beanspruchungen dauerhaft entgegenzuwirken, werden seit vielen Jahren technische Textilien wie Asphaltarmierungsgitter eingesetzt, die sich im Asphaltstra\u00dfenbau bew\u00e4hrt haben und die Grundlage der Produktreihe <strong data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"630\">BEBIT<\/strong> bilden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BEBIT G<\/strong><span>\u00a0sind hoch zugfeste Gitter aus Glasfasern mit einer Schmelz\u00adtemperatur von \u00fcber 850 \u00b0C. Eine bitumin\u00f6se Beschichtung umh\u00fcllt die Faserb\u00fcndel.\u00a0<\/span><strong>BEBIT G Asphaltarmierungsgitter<\/strong><span>\u00a0haben einen extrem hohen Steifemodul, der eine unmittelbare, hohe Zugkraftaufnahme bei geringsten Dehnungen gew\u00e4hrleistet. Dadurch kommt es zur Spannungskonzentration in der Asphalteinlage und zu einer sofortigen Aktivierung der bewehrenden Funktion. Sollten dabei Risse, Fugen oder andere \u00d6ffnungen sichtbar werden, sind diese zu vergie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Untergrundtemperatur darf 5 \u00b0C und die Lufttemperatur 10 \u00b0C w\u00e4hrend des Einbaus nicht unterschreiten.<\/li>\n<li>BEBIT Asphalteinlagen sind bei trockener Witterung faltenfrei in die gebrochene Bitumenemulsion zu verlegen.<\/li>\n<li>Unmittelbar vor dem Verlegen der Asphaltbewehrung ist die Verlegefl\u00e4che mit einer Polymerbitumenemulsion der G\u00fcte C70BP 3-OB-1 nach TL BE StB 07 vorzuspritzen. Mit Emulsionen der G\u00fcte C70BP 3-OB-2 wurden ebenfalls gute Erfahrungen gemacht.
