BENTOMAT<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>Tondichtungsbahnen bestehen in der Regel aus drei Komponenten: Der geotextilen Deckschicht, dem Bentonitgranulat und der geotextilen Tr\u00e4gerschicht.<\/p>\n

\u00dcblicherweise handelt es sich bei den Geotextilien um einen mechanisch verfestigten Vliesstoff auf der einen und einem Geogewebe auf der anderen Seite. Die Lagen sind vollfl\u00e4chig, \u00fcber alle Komponenten kraftschl\u00fcssig vernadelt und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig mit Bentonit-Granulat gef\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n

Dadurch wird ein optimales Lagerungsverhalten des Bentonits erzielt, sodass unerw\u00fcnschte Materialverluste und Umlagerungen w\u00e4hrend des Transports und beim Einbau vermieden werden. Hauptbestandteil von\u00a0<\/span>BENTOMAT<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>ist das Mineral Natriumbentonit, welches zu ca. 90\u2009% aus Montmorillonit besteht. Das vulkanische Tonmineral Bentonit ist im Laufe von 200 Mio. Jahren, unter Einwirkung von Wasser und Druck, von der Natur gebildet worden.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr die Herstellung der\u00a0<\/span>BENTOMAT<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>Tondichtungsbahnen wird ausschlie\u00dflich hochwertiger Bentonit in granulierter Form verwendet. Die sehr gute Quellf\u00e4higkeit des Bentonits bei Kontakt mit Feuchtigkeit bewirkt die sichere und schnelle Dichtwirkung von\u00a0<\/span>BENTOMAT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Diese besondere Eigenschaft des Bentonits erm\u00f6glicht es, dass durch den Einbau oder die sp\u00e4tere Nutzung auftretende mechanische Besch\u00e4digungen der Dichtungslage durch einen Selbstheilungsprozess wieder sicher abgedichtet werden.<\/p>\n

BENTOMAT<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>Tondichtungsbahnen k\u00f6nnen bei richtiger Dimensionierung auch in B\u00f6schungen verlegt werden. BENTOMAT GDA CL<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>ist die perfekte L\u00f6sung bei h\u00f6herem Wasseranstau, da bei h\u00f6heren hydraulischen Gradienten der Durchfluss von geosynthetischen Tondichtungsbahnen zunimmt. Durch die Kombination mit einer PE-Membran wird dieser Effekt ma\u00dfgeblich verhindert, ohne dass auf die Vorteile einer Bentonitmatte verzichtet werden muss.<\/p>\n

BENTOMAT GDA CL<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>ist die ideale L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr Anwendungen, bei welchen die hydrau\u00adlische Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit herk\u00f6mmlicher geosynthetischer Tondichtungsbahnen nicht ausreicht und die Ausf\u00fchrung einer konventionellen Kombinationsdichtung unwirtschaftlich w\u00e4re. Die standardm\u00e4\u00dfig verwendete PE-Membran hat eine Dicke von 1,50 mm und ist mit einer strukturierten Oberfl\u00e4che ausger\u00fcstet. Desweiteren sind Dicken von 0,20 bis 1,50 mm verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>\n

Ab einer Dicke von 1,50 mm k\u00f6nnen die Dichtungs\u00adbahnen auch durch Fachverleger verschwei\u00dft werden und bieten somit die h\u00f6chstm\u00f6gliche Dichtwirkung.<\/p>\n

      Ein Nebeneffekt des Quellverm\u00f6gens von Bentonit ist, dass bei kleinen mechanischen Besch\u00e4digungen der Dichtungsbahn ein sogenannter \u201eSelbstheilungseffekt\u201c eintritt und sich die undichte Stelle selbstst\u00e4ndig wieder verschlie\u00dft. Durch den Quelldruck werden Besch\u00e4digungen bis zu einem Durchmesser von 6 mm \u201egeheilt\u201c.<\/p>\n

      Wie auch rein mineralische Dichtungen sind Tondichtungs\u00adbahnen nicht vollst\u00e4ndig wasser- und gasdicht.                 Die Auswahl der geosynthetischen Tondichtungsbahn als Abdichtungselement in Deponiebauwerken erfolgt entsprechend der projektspezifischen Eignungs\u00adfeststellung der abfallrechtlich zust\u00e4ndigen Beh\u00f6rde. Der Nachweis der Eignung ist insofern wichtig, als die Tondichtungsbahn eine wesentliche Komponente in einem aufeinander abgestimmten Abdichtungssystem darstellt. Der Nachweis gilt als gef\u00fchrt, wenn eine bundeseinheitliche Eignungsbeurteilung der L\u00e4nder (LAGA Ad-hoc-AG \u201eDeponietechnik\u201c) f\u00fcr eine Abdichtungskomponente oder ein Abdichtungssystem vorliegt.<\/p>\n

                    Im Anwendungsgebiet der Sanierung von Altlasten geht es um den Bau technischer Sicherungsma\u00dfnahmen, die langfristig geeignet sind, den Schutz von Boden, Grundwasser und Gew\u00e4ssern sicherzustellen.<\/p>\n

                    Kontaminierte Fl\u00e4chen werden mit Abdichtungssystemen aus aufeinander abgestimmten Komponenten dauerhaft und sicher eingekapselt. Aufwendige Aufbereitungs- und Dekontaminationsma\u00dfnahmen werden dadurch \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig.<\/p>\n

                    Das Ziel ist die emissionssichere Lagerung von B\u00f6den und Baustoffen mit umweltrelevanten Inhaltsstoffen.                         Der Einbau von\u00a0BENTOMAT\u00a0Tondichtungsbahnen ist schnell und einfach.\u00a0BENTOMAT\u00a0wird in Rollen angeliefert und ohne aufw\u00e4ndige Schwei\u00dfarbeiten \u00fcberlappend verlegt. Der notwendige \u00dcberlappungsbereich von 30 cm ist auf der Matte bereits werksseitig gekennzeichnet. Um in den \u00dcberlappungen die gleiche Dichtwirkung wie in der Fl\u00e4che zu erreichen, wird auf der Baustelle eine Lage loses Bentonit-Granulat in den Markierungsbereich eingestreut. Um die h\u00f6chstm\u00f6gliche Dichtwirkung zu erzielen, ben\u00f6tigen Bentonitmatten eine permanente Auflast mit geeignetem Deckmaterial in einer Dicke von mindestens 30 cm.<\/p>\n
